| Web Analytics | Web Analytics can be installed on the site that will monitor the visitors. How many visitors, how they found your site |
| Site Uptime Monitoring | Every 2 hours. The site will be monitored every 120 minutes to ensure that it is still available. A weekly report on uptime and performance will be uploaded to a report section of the client's website. |
| Site Maintenance | Up to 3 changes each month. A change is where we are asked to amend content on a page being one or more words. Changes must be supplied in electronic form. |
