Our Restaurant Website Package will give control to a restaurant owner to accept Online Table Reservations, manage the tables with the 'Front of House' management system, add and update their menu(s), wine lists, drink lists and market their restaurant using email marketing.
Online Table Reservation
This allows your client to go to your website and reserve a table for a particular meal on a selected day. It is a 4 stage process that is simple and straight forward, and it allows you to obtain contact details for your clients.

- Client can select the size of their party
- They then select the date, this is done with a popup calendar
- Select the time that they would like to arrive. This is done from a drop down list in 15 minute intervals.
- The client now needs to enter their contact details which consist of:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Notes - This allows your client to give any additional information that could have a bearing on their reservation
Your client will get an email that provides a booking code which needs to be entered into the site to confirm their reservation. If the code is not entered within a shortish period (approx 20 minutes) then the reservation is automatically cancelled. This is for security reasons to prevent span registrations. It also serves to confirm the clients email address.
Front House Management
Linked to the online booking is a Restaurant Front of House management system.
As part of the system configuration the layout of the restaurant is created which includes all the tables available. When viewing the Restaurant Reservation Desk display the layout is shown with the tables being of different colours dependant on their current situation, free, booked, occupied etc.
Booking taken by phone can be entered into the Reservation Desk which is then combined with the online bookings putting everything in one place. Bookings in the future can be entered at any time.
As your clients arrive they are called up in the Reservation Desk and booked in.
You are able to review the reservation list for any day to see what booking you have received.
The system has the facility to add 'Blackout' days. These are days when the Restaurant would normally be open but for one reason or another has had to remain closed.

You can make a reservation to see how this works (you will need to use a genuine email address or you will not be able to complete the reservation) The site is set in demo mode so the email address that you enter will be hidden from anyone else visiting the site.
To look at the reservation desk you need to logon to the site, use resdesk as the username and iwantaccess as the password.
