Depending on the support package we monitor your WebSite at a predefined interval to check that the site is still available. At the same time we check the performance of the site and compare this to similar sites that we are monitoring.
A weekley report is produced and loaded onto the Internet where the site owner can review the results.

Performance Summary Report evaluates how responsive your web server is via services activated for regular monitoring. It means that our monitoring centers regularly check whether one or several services provided by your web server are running. Services may include general website availability through HTTP, email function, etc. The report shows average scores of server accessibility, and scores for each separate service, compared to average accessibility values of other servers monitored by the BigBrother Monitoring Service.
Problem areas are highlighted in red, warning areas are highlighted in yellow.
